Welcome to Naseby Village Hall

Situated with easy access from the A14, M1 and M6, and conveniently placed midway between Northampton and Market Harborough, Naseby's village hall is ideal for any event.

The historic village has a surprisingly modern village hall, featuring a new air source heat pump heating system and well insulated suspended ceiling, creating a warm and inviting space.

We also enjoy ultrafast Gigaclear                        broadband connectivity.

Great location, and great facilities too

The hall benefits from good access from the A14, A508 and A5199, and is within 10 minutes' drive of Haselbech, Maidwell, Clipston, Kelmarsh, East Farndon, Cold Ashby, Creaton, Spratton, Welford, West Haddon, Cottesbrooke and Brixworth!

Its facilities have been used for children's parties, quiz nights, dances, comedy nights, caravan rallies, and cycling meets as well as regular classes and activities.

Outside there are multi-purpose sports courts, large outdoor playing fields, a children's playground and plenty of onsite parking.

We also have a large additional car park facility in the adjacent field on Clipston road, with pedestrian access between the two.

Please support our fundraising efforts by playing the local lotto, click the Local Lotto page or scan the QR code and buy a ticket or two.

Volunteers needed

We have lots of activities and events all through the year, click on the menu bar and check our 'EVENTS for 2024' page for full details and ticketing information..

Most of our events can be booked on line, in person at Naseby village shop (cash only please) or by calling the box office on 07960 955575 for alternative means of booking and paying.

We have over the last four years carried out some major improvements with more planned, financed through event lettings and local grant funding bodies.

We now need new volunteers to help with the upkeep and management of the building.

Our Secretary is leaving us at the end of April, could you be our new minute taker and administrator?

We also need someone to carry out regular safety checks and manage the maintenance of the building, do you have some basic DIY skills?

We also have a newish website, could you run and manage that for us?

None of these Jobs require much ‘time’ commitment

The premises are managed by a charity and new trustees will soon be required, it is the duty of the trustees to ensure the facilities are run inline with the trust that established the facility on behalf of the local community.

Without volunteers and trustees to take the facility forward the hall and playing field will not be able to remain open, this is your opportunity to become part of this vital community asset and ensure it has a good future.

If you would like to get involved and help us further improve this communiyy asset please get in touch.

Our next event

Brooks Williams & Vera Van Heeringen Live Music at Naseby Village Hall – Sat 5th of Oct 2024

Tickets: https://www.wegottickets.com/event/619539/

Vera Van Heeringen and Brooks Williams present “Song Roots,” a night of songs, stories and masterful guitar playing + Support from After The Flood.

Audiences will be treated to duets as well as solos in this variation of the “songwriter in the round” sessions made famous in Nashville in the early years of Folk/Americana.

Brooks Williams, originally from the USA, is creating new music from the confluence of country, blues and folk. New routes from old roots. His songs are rich narratives about adventurers, motorcyclists, lovers, losers and ne er-do-wells, all set to walking bass lines, stinging lead lines and flying chords. His latest solo recording, Diamond,” released in March 2024, showcases Williams’ solo guitar and voice in a wonderfully intimate set of songs. Brooks Williams is “a guitarist in possession of rich vocal powers and a talent for lyrical imagery and uplifting generosity.” (RnR)

Vera Van Heeringen, originally from The Netherlands, is rooted in transatlantic traditions, astute songwriting and firebrand instrumental virtuosity. In September 2019, Vera released her third album, Won’t Be Broken, which got rave reviews and has been described by the press as her best one yet. A compelling performer, Vera conveys an easy warmth on stage, allowing the music to speak for itself. Stripped back, potent, and full of groove. “Vera is a master of the less-is-more lyric, conveying more in half-a-dozen words than lesser mortals do in half-a-dozen verses.” (RnR)
